Preventive Maintenance Plan

This plan includes four (4) Quarterly Preventive Maintenance site visits each year for Sterilizers and three (3) tri-annual visits for washers, cart washers and conveyors.

All of the necessary preventive maintenance checks, adjustments, and safety inspections are provided as itemized on the applicable “PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CHECK LIST” necessary to keep your unit(s) at maximum on-line performance.

Included is all labor, travel, expenses and required parts during our regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on-site visits, as indicated on the applicable “PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CHECK LIST”. Any other parts or additional repairs required during our maintenance service will be brought to your attention and an estimate provided for your approval.

This contract also provides unlimited telephone technical support for your staff.
